Children & Youth
At NMPC, we believe faith formation begins early and grows best where every child feels safe, valued, and genuinely welcomed. Our programs are rooted in biblical teaching and led by dedicated, creative lay leaders who bring care and enthusiasm to everything they do.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Twice monthly, Sunday mornings 9:45–10:45 a.m.September–June
Classes are offered for preschool through early elementary children and for youth. Our children's and youth classes follow the same weekly lesson plan, making it easy for families to keep the conversation going at home.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
One week, June–August
A full week of high-energy fun for children ages 4 through 5th grade. Each day includes Bible learning, crafts, music, mission projects, science activities, and recreation, all led by adult leaders and youth helpers in a safe and joyful environment.
Christmas Pageant
One Sunday each December during worship
All ages are invited to step into the Christmas story. Whether you want to act, read, or work backstage, there is a place for you at our stable. No one is ever too old or too young to learn something new about the birth of Jesus.
Confirmation Class
Scheduled as needed
Designed for youth preparing to make their public profession of faith, this class is led by the Pastor and provides a thorough grounding in the tenets of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
